Default Reverse Lights Always On

Hey Guys,
I tried searching for the answer but I couldn't find anything...I got a new Ungo Alarm with Remote start installed today and now my reverse lights never turn off. I already got pulled over for them and the cop let me go since I told him I would get it fixed asap. Does anyone have any ideas to what could cause that? I read the Ungo manual but I couldn't find my answer.
Thanks for the help!

Yeah, they turn off when I turn off the car but as soon as I turn on the car, the reverse lights stay on while driving.

Like CC is any better! But he is right. Just go back to the shop where you purchased and have them fix it.

I've had some work done at cc when I needed help. I wouldnt let most guys touch my car, but at my cc roadshop, I know one of the guys who is truly a wiz when it comes to car audio. I'd let him work on my car any day. I just told him when I brought him donw that I only wanted him working on it...he is the shop manager. Although there are many bad ppl and experiences at CC, there are some good people and good experiences.

I called the shop and they said to just drop it by when I get a chance and they'll take care of it right away..Got a really good deal (145.00 w/ install) and they are great people to work with. Thanks for your suggestions guys!
