Should I pay $29.18 for a new S2000 antenna?
...from the local Honda delaer, or can I get it for cheaper?

You can find real s2000/Element antennas in the F/S section here and on ebay for $15 ... I got mine at a junk yard off an Acura MDX for $7

My firend's S2K had it's antenna stolen (I assume it was a v-dub or a Scion owner). I have thought many times about replacing the antenna on my car, because I don't listen to the radio much, so any degradation of reception doesn't bother me. Plus, it makes my xA look like a remote control car.....

i originally had a generic one - it was horrible ..... no reception. Its worth the extra $5-10 and getting either the real deal or one that is close.

Man go to a honda dealer go up to a element snatch and run thats what i did. Trust me when u get two stolen you get tired of paying for them. I had them on with loc thread and everything.

i probably wouldn't steal one. atleast not from someones car. maybe from the dealer if mine kept getting stolen. :lalala: i paid 25 for my element at Honda.

I know stealing is wrong but i've gotten two stolen so I'm not gona keep paying $25 everytime some jerk takes mine. Plus i figure Honda has a lot of money it doesnt hurt them i take one from the lot.

Hey Chris your antenna's genuine oem honda antenna? or is it some kind of off brand or something? Want an OEM antenna but can't find any online sites that aren't knockoffs
