what is that insallation thing under the hood called and how can i fix or repace it cuz i kinda messed it up when i took out the anoying hood clips

He is talking about the piece of insulation on the bottom side of the hood that is supposed to keep the heat from escaping out of the engine bay.

I believe that is a fire retardent sheet.... it's designed so that if your engine catches fire it will detach from the hood and smother the fire. It's a design that a lot of newer cars now have.
