I recently bought a "new" bumper from Certified Car Care Center. First of all, it took 45 days for me to receive my item. Second of all, it was not "NEW" as described. Check out the chips, peeling, etc right out of the packaging. The worst/best part is, there was zero/0 damage to the exterior of the package which mean that they knew and shipping the item how it was. I recommend that you DONT buy from this company. They are the worst comapny I have ever dealt with. Pictures for your pleasure!

I've never been on this forum, but while searching the company this was one of the first sites on the list so I thought I would share my wonderful experience to try to save others.

I ordered my bumper about 2.5 months ago. Told me he shipped it over 3 weeks ago and I would recieve it in 7 days. He will not respond to voicemails or emails, and now he ignores my phone calls.

Your lucky you are still able to go thru Paypal, since he lied about shipping it, enough time was wasted I can no longer get my money back through paypal since it has been over 45 days. I have to contact the police to get his information from Ebay so I can go to court against him to get my money back.
