I see. That's fine. I got a question. I was just doing a search around this forum and found a bunch of people calling it a lip kit. What is the difference between this and a body kit? There are people that are saying they are selling the lip but not the bumper. If I just buy a lip, then could I add it to my stock bumper?

For instance, this ebay auction is selling a bumper. Could I just take my stock bumper off and just add this and it's all I need for a full rear kit?

Haha yes sir, yes sir. Thanks for the advice. Hopefully they are still up for sale, because it's been about two months since they've posted them up for sale.

I just realized something.
I am looking at pictures and comparing them to my stock bumper. I don't think I can just buy the bottom lip. My bumper is one entire piece from the hood to the bottom, so I wouldn't be able to just buy the lip and attach it to my bumper.
That sucks. I would have to buy the bumper too.

uhh.. a lip kit is just like what it says.. it's a lip.. that you attach to your stock bumper.

the RS4.0 kit is a LIP KIT.. it gets attached to a stock bumper.
you don't need to buy another bumper.

Well no, if you look at pictures of a stock tC, the bumper is one big piece. If you look at pictures of an RS4, then you can see that the bumper and the lip are two different pieces. So in order to have the lip kit on a stock vehicle, you'd have to cut off the bottom of it or get the RS4 bumper as well. I'll post up pictures of mine later on tonight.

Correct me if I'm wrong, please.

um, no. the lip fits OVER the stock bumper. all lip kits work like this.
