Why is there no Aftermarket key with all 4 buttons?

Why is there no Aftermarket key with all 4 buttons?
My original key finally got worn out, the little covers basically rubbed off on the key case. I wanted to purchase a new case online & just transfer the insides & transponder key over to the new one.
However, I keep coming up with keys that only have 3 buttons - no hatch button. I have searched several sites...why can't I find a key case that has all 4 buttons for my 2006 tC?
