Default 2006 tC No Spark on Cylinders 2 and 4

Hi guys and girls, new to the forum not new to working on cars but need some insight from you guys. I replaced a head gasket on my step daughters car get everything buttoned back up plugged back in and she cranks but no start. I do the typical trouble shooting and have hit a brick wall. I have swapped coils, plugs, cam sensor and crank position sensor. I have 1.xxx ohms on the igt line of both cylinders 2 and 4 however when cranking it gets no signal. The security key light goes off so its not that I have power to IGT, 12v and IGF get ground when checking connectors to coils. super baffled why the ecu will not send signal for those 2 cylinders. Any and all insight would be greatly appreciated. She ran great prior to her overheating the car so really not thinking a bad ecu.

Reverify timing and make sure the chain isn't off by a tooth or so.
