About to order pulley which one?? NST Craven or Agency ??

Craven lite weight pulley = 13.6 ounces around 136 bucks
NST 20% underdrive pulley = 20 - 22 ounces around 136 bucks with the new belt
Agency ... not sure on the weight

The Craven pulley is .6 - .8 ounces lighter around 1/2 lb, but the nst is an underdrive pulley so which one will offer better acceleration and free up the most hp

just get a lightweight flywheel its a better mod and wont mess up your car like a pulley will

i did look it up, and this thread seems to say otherwise... so unless you can prove your point, then I wouldn't claim it messes up the engine...

No more talking about if a pulley mess up car .... I'm not worried about it at all ... Which pulley should I get?????/

JNasty 06-24-2008 12:29 AM

im just goin off of what i have read on this forum and many others. i dont know if it will or wont but if it does its better to be on the safe side. and im not going to recommend someone to get a product that i think might do harm to them. just my opinion so no need for the attack

JNasty 06-24-2008 12:31 AM

im not sure which ones the best but i know a lot of people have the nst so i would probably go with that

The answer to your question is in the last sentence you wrote above.

An Underdrive Crank Pulley will always free up more HP and TQ, will provide you with better acceleration, and better MPGs when compared to an OEM diameter light weight pulley.

We offer both versions...

NST02020 Underdrive Crank Pulley is designed for n/a and turbo applications and will provide the most gains.

NST02148 CR-Lite OEM Diameter Crank Pulley is designed for TRD SC applications and can also be used on n/a or turbo applications.

NST was the first to develop pulleys for the Scion tC several years ago, and now offers more pulleys for the Scion line of cars than all of our competition combined.

NST pulleys can also be found at the following well respected retailers on SL...

Please feel free to look for me on AOL Instant Messenger at the screen name "NSTonAIM" should you wish to chat about any pulley related questions. I am online seven days a week and have spoken to many many ScionLife members.

Good luck and have fun with your project!
