Default Adjusting clutch engagement point

I drive a 08 tc 5spd and the clutch engagement point is all the way at the top of the pedal and i really don't like it being there. I've read several things on how to move this and everytime i get it where i like it by adjusting the rod thats behind the pedal about 5 days later and its back at the top again.

Anyone know how to fix this or something that i might be doing wrong?

Check your level in the master cylinder. Check for leaks.
