ZPI used to sell the agency power pulley or the same version...now they have different ones as seen in the picture above. the new ones are better

go with ZPI while they have them around they are great people too.

edit* answer: agency power is good. ZPI v2 is better

are aftermarket pullies horrible for your car since they are not balanced like your stock one?

Yes they are terrible for your ride. They will throw off your balance. Your wheels and tires will wobble, your interior pieces will shake to death and your engine life will decrease by about 94%

Ignore the people who don't even have a Scion to test out a pulley on, as they have nothing better to do with themselves besides make **** up. To really answer your question, whichever pulley you go with, if installed properly, you should have great longevity with the engine still. There are quite a bit of SL'ers running pullies with no reported issues that I have seen. There are some against "underdriven" and stick to stock size lightweight, and then their are some that purchase all the necessary parts to run underdriven and swear by it. So, the choice is yours.

NST = Non Stop Trash... Untill I see an NST pulley on a dyno, then they don't out perform the competition.

Overstock...Hah, hard to have overstock when they just got in..

I recommend also ignoring people who disregard physics and rely on trial/error for proof. Trial/error is great and all but I would hardly subject my own engine to trial/error. Scionlife, however, as a whole, supports these pullies. So get them if you want the gains. Come back after you've put an additional 70k miles to report a new benchmark.

Like said, pullies haven't caused anything so far. Let's just hope that lasts.

I have the agency power pulley, it's a great mod. You feel alot more power in 1st & 2nd gear and it's only $130 shipped. Very easy install with an air compressor.
