Definitely not too bad. They look pretty cool. I would say that the stock battery is about 30 lbs, so the lighter weight version of the two Braille batteries would make it roughly 1/3 the weight.

How do these batteries stand up to elevated temperatures? Here in Arizona, batteries last anywhere from 1 year to 3 depending on the quality and the way the car is driven.

They are excellent batteries and various sizes are offered... 11lb, 15lb, 17lb, 21lb, etc.

We have a lot of 100+ days here in Houston and our local customers seem to be doing very well with the batteries thus far.

Thanks for the reply. I'm building a list of parts that will be going on my tC after I get the reliability issues taken care of. I think I'll be adding this to my list by the Pulley set.

The PCA and CCA specs for each of the popular Braille Batteries are listed on our website. Braille Batteries outperform other batteries in each weight class. For example, an 11lb Braille will outperform any other 11lb battery out there, same with the Braille 15lb, 17lb, etc.

No core charges, full one year warranty, excellent customer service.

Can you get the No Weight B106 6.6lb battery? If not, I'll swing by next week to pick up a 9.0lb No Weight battery.

We have access to the entire line of Braille products, and keep much of it in stock.

I would highly recommend either the 11lb or 15lb for the Scion tC.

See you next week

So is the mounting hardware included with the battery or do you have to buy a separate kit for the tC?

Braille does not include battery tie-downs or boxes with the batteries. All accessories are sold separately and we offer many of them on our website at the following page...

Good luck and have fun with all your projects!

What size battery do you reccomend for my setup. I'm boosted and have a 10" sub and 800 watt amp. I'm looking to order one of these with in the next week or two. I was thinking the 11lbs one but wanted to double check.
