Unhappy Car No Start After Clutch Job

I drive an '05 tC, recently my clutch let go while driving home from the airport (fun right?). Not knowing how long it was going to sit, I added a fuel stabilizer and then ordered a Mid-Tier clutch assembly from RockAuto to do the thing. Since I was going to be dropping the trans, and I didn't want to have to do it again, I ordered a new flywheel as well. I've just recently moved about 300 miles from home into the middle of nowhere, so I did not have a garage to get this work done in, this entire project was completed in my driveway.

To support the engine, I used a basic Engine Support Bar that was picked up at Harbor Freight (I think). Fast forward, tranny is dropped, clutch removed, but the last two bolts on the flywheel refused to break. After a nice wrench to the forehead, and one concussion later, I realized this was a job for the Ugga-Dugga (F*k this bolt and its mother), and they came right off. I replaced the flywheel and made sure to bolt it down in the criss-cross pattern, torqued to spec. The same goes for the clutch, which came with the handy little tool to line up the splines (That I of course threw away on accident about 5 times because TRASH).

Putting the transmission back in by myself proved to be impossible, so the car had to sit (Gutted like a Thanksgiving Turkey), while I waited for someone from back home to come up and give me a hand. It sat for maybe a week or two with the trans held up like a puppet using 3 ratchet straps suspended from the engine support bar, about half an inch from being mounted all the way ( I was so close that it was painful). So I covered in a basic blue tarp to protect it from the elements (I know, I KNOW, but its the best I could do guys).

My buddy and I were able to get the transmission back in all the way and bolted into place as it should be. When putting everything back together I realized that the nipple has been snapped off of my radiator during The Great Pry-Bar Excursion, so that had to be replaced. Thankfully I already wanted to replace the radiator, so I happened to have one on hand to throw in right quick.

So, my baby is finally all back together and wired up to where it should be according to spec (This is IMPORTANT later).

After sitting for a bit, I preemptively get someone to give me a jump, but she wont start. It sounds like everything is working as it should be, but it just refuses to start up completely. (Video available on request)

I've already wire-brushed the spark plugs (with a brass brush, I am not noob) , and they seemed fine except for one, which was bone dry and kinda crusty. Engine, I rebuilt myself at around 153,000 so everything is brand new. The starter works fine, the alternator works fine, and shes so clean that you could eat a meal out of my engine bay. My work was checked over by a master mechanic who said I did well, and shes run perfectly for about 25,000 miles now. Everything worked before the clutch job and I am not sure what I did wrong. I'm going out there today with a multimeter to check my fuses and relays, aside from that, I really don't know.

I do remember the battery being wired in an odd way when I took the car apart. Instead of putting it back the Vot Engineering way again, I put them as they should be.

Is there some battery wiring secret that I might be unaware of?

Due to being hit by a drunk driver, this project is now my daily. Please send HALP

I would check the ( starter relay ) or a fuse. Happened to me when I installed the battery the wrong way

Make sure the negative battery cable is bolted onto the top of the transmission.

Yup, trace path of electricity flow and measure at each junction. Where power stops is your problem. Figure out WHY power stops there:

- battery
- fusebox
- ignition-switch
- starter relay
- starter solenoid
- starter
