Default Clutch Problem (Bite Point)

I just got my 2005 Scion tC 5-Spd

There has been this problem since I got the car and now after a month or so the clutch pedal I am starting to notice the bite point is really low
and barely 2 or 3 inches off the ground and the car starts to move.

I would love a detailed way Step by Step on how to adjust my bite point on the clutch pedal.
