Post Clutch Engagement Problems

Hello I have a 2005 Scion tC manual. Since I got the car recently I have replaced master and slave cylinder and bled the whole system. My clutch pedal was worst but is still not the way I want it to be. The pedal back then sticked to the ground if driving sometimes. I fixed that but now I have a problem where the bite point or engagement point is close to the fire wall or ground where it engages around an inch or two from the floor. I have tried to go down under and adjust the pedal rod from the master and its at its max distance and I cant thread anymore or the fork of the master comes off the rod. The pedal cant be raised anymore the top adjuster is at its max. At this point I dont know anymore on what to do and I am not a fan of taking my car to the shop to get payed an immense amount of money for something I can probably fix my self. The clutch is still in good condition and works fine, it was replaced only a few months before I got the car at 147k miles.
