Cool Clutch Problems! Please help!

I have a 2009 scion tC that we just replaced both the clutch master and slave cylinder. The clutch will not come back up off the floor even after bleeding. I bench bled both parts before installation, performed standard clutch bleed more times than I can all of which would show no signs of air once complete. I then gravity bled it for about 4 hrs, started out with fluid only coming out but then ended up having a steady stream of air bubbles for hrs. Absolutely no change in clutch after 4 hrs so I gave up. There are no noticeable leaks anywhere. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!

So is the clutch now always on the floor, or does it stay on the floor once it's been pressed?
