Question Code P0172..

So, My Scion tC 06 is throwing the Code P0172. So I cleaned the MAF and checked it and its not that. I was at the mall and when I came back to my car and it turned on and idled at below 500rpm and then turned off.
So I turned it back on and revved the engine up to like 5k RPMs 3 times and it stayed on. Then I drove it home.

What could it be? Fuel pressure regulator? Fuel Pump?

Any advice?

Could you or someone else show me how to change my Fuel Injectors? I replaced the Oxygen Sensor, Cleaned the MAF Sensor, Changed the Spark Plugs, and changed the Fuel Pressure Regulator. So im thinking it has to be leaky Fuel Injectors

Thanks

Before you look at the Fuel Injectors, Look for cracked or rotted vacuum hoses causing leaks after the MAF.
