Default Dezod Catted Header Group Buy Interest?

Made from 304 SS runners in a proven 4-1 merge collector design, the Dezod Motorsports is an excellent edition to your 2AZFE engine. The Dezod 4-1 header offers a 49 state legal ultra high flow cat, which no other header on the market offers, and solid American made craftsmanship.

On the Supercharger side of things, you can bolt on this header over a stock manifold and be over 200whp! Dezod is boasting SUPER gains on a stock boost level of 7 PSI over a stock manifold picking up an astonishing 24whp and 15 ft/lbs of torque!!! That's like adding more boost to the setup.

This professionally TIG welded masterpiece has proven gains over a Weapon R header (noted as the highest HP header for this engine until now). On average, a broader torque band and gains of 3-5whp where shown on an N/A tC. (Made consistently more power than Weapon R across the entire RPM band)

List price right now is $529.00

Group buy price would be $486.00 for 5 people
Group buy price would be $465.00 for 10 people
Group buy price would be $444.00 for 15 people

Interested, but can this header take the punishment of being heat wrapped? And what kind of warranty are you guys going to offer on it?

You don't heat wrap stainless. It doesn't need it.

The cat bears a 5yr/50K mile warranty from the manufacturer

The headers bears a one year manufacturer defect free warranty. I don't see something like this failing at all unless the car is in an accident.

Yes you can ceramic coat, but again, I think it's a waste for an N/A Stainless header.

3-5 whp seems like any other header will make, only difference would be it has a cat and it might be more constant through out the power band...is there any lost of low end power from a NA scion...and more mid to high end power,or will we gains anything

The graph shows that you gained more low, mid, and lost just barley 1hp peak power. The big selling point for me was that the no rasp issue. I know it is hard to believe but I have proof of the no rasp.

You're failing to see the point. This comparison was our header against the header that made the most amount of power for this app. So us against the leader, we won!

More power all around except 1whp at peak, which is nothing. More area under the curve is a win! That means better throttle response and all.

You have far more knowledge then I do about this stuff, thats why I asked... so it's okay to wrap a steel header, but not a stainless steel header? Could explain what you mean by it doesn't need it? Thanks!
