UPDATE! I feel like a nub just taking it to the shop but i know everyone at my Toyota dealer where i have had plenty of work done when i owned a celica. The people here have me on a first name basis like wise i know them lol, anyhow they called me today and the master tech there said its most likely a shimm?! or something along that line, they took off the headers and stuff. BUT the guys there are hooking me up and going to do all work under warranty =D which i am thrilled works out...turbo here i come, internals i will do later. they cant get my car in till the 27th! so i have to use it only in emergency for the most part. there is a possibility though that there is more damage but from what they could tell its not TOO bad. cross my fingers and knock on wood!

You can get a motor for $900-1000 - not really that expensive - As long as you have decent mechanical experience even a novice to the tc could do a swap in a weekend.

I know i damaged something.
The sound is on the top of the engine, and speeds up with the position of the gas pedal, i believe it has something to do with a valve, ughhh well anyhow im just wondering if anyone has done this before and taken it to get fixed, like what did they say was damaged, how much to fix...
Im taking the car in the morning to the shop to see what it is but i have low cash!! along with everyone else,
Weird thing is i did the Redline MT90 just yesterday and shifting is smooth as ____t i think this might play a roll in why i money shifted but who knows.
Mods done-Intake, Header,Spipe,Catback(also use mobile 1) lets see if the dealer blames it on that lol
Im not mad because if ur gonna race, you pay the price! but it suckssss
Thanks Everyone! PlS let me know your stories!
PS: we did a rerun just after the MS and i beat him by 3 cars! cool kid though the clicking didnt start till after i went out an hr later after returning home from the poor shift.

That would be lame plus when your a customer or lets say a manager sometimes you have those asshats who complain until something is done about it... well it usually works out in the customers favor because lets say for example it wasn't covered under warranty... that would mean they lose customer basis because just telling a few friends not to buy there could hurt them by thousands.. me not buying my cars there anymore... getting my car fixed there anymore would make them not get MORE money than to just fix a simple problem even if its not there fault.. so in the end part of running a business is to make money not turn it away which is why a repair with no hassles will work out for everyone and make customers like me praise there great service and advise friends and family to do business with them!
