Default Cyl 4 misfire even with new plugs & Coils

New here* I’ve had my 2008 tC for 4 years now. It’s at 189k. Been a great DD. Recently developed a misfire only during rabbit takeoff/ aggressive pedal. Code is p0304. Replaced all coils and plugs as they were all still original . Tested compression and all pistons range between 175-180. Replaced individual coil plug connectors as some were cracking from age. Problem still. Where do I go from here?

thanks in advance

Try moving fuel injectors, like move cylinder 1's fuel injector to cylinder 4 and vice versa...see if the code follows the fuel injector. You could also test the coil plug connectors using a multi-meter as it could be a bad wire, partially broken or bad insulation, on cylinder 4 also.
