Default Fuel Pump will not turn on!

I recently got a totaled 07 scion tc that was hit in the front and flipped onto its side. None of the airbags went off. It has 17,000 miles and the engine and wiring appear to have taken no damage. There was some standing water in the ditch where the car was sitting on its passenger side, but not more than a foot or so deep. When I first tried to start the car, I was getting no spark. I noticed that the ignition fuse was blown so I replaced it thinking that it would now start right up. Still just turns over, but I believe that the fuel pump is not coming on at all. I removed the back seat and the fuel pump cover and can not hear the pump making any noise when the key is turned to the on position or when cranking the engine over. Does anyone have any idea why this could be? I believe that I am getting power to the EFI relay. Which fuse is used for the fuel pump circuit? Thanks for any help.

check the relay and all the fuses(engine bay & inside the car). i would actually check first the efi fuse(#20 on top of fuse)and the ecu fuse, both in the engine bay.

Looks like the electronic control module above the glove box got wet. There is some corrosion on the connectors when I took them off. I will open up the ecm later to see if any moisture got inside.
