So before i had a 2.5 inch s-pipe my mid pipe would hit the bolt on a heat shield every once and a while. after it is installed it shakes like crazy and is constantly hitting it. Any one else have this problem? not only is it annoying i don't want to put a hole in my midpipe! if you do have this problem how did you fix it?

and the bolt that it's hittting is ground down to just the nut on it. theres no threads showing past that.

Mine doesnt hit the heat shield but it does rattle a little against that black support bar. I havent tried it yet but i here other people bought new poly urethane exhaust hangers to keep the exhaust more secured and to restrict its movement cuz the factory ones are just rubber. Google 12mm exhaust hanger and you should see something from Kartboy and Cobb.
