If you want more power, don't go with the TRD. It barely gives you any extra hp, and is basically just for the sound and looks imo. Go with the hks if you have the money ;)

moving this to the drivetrain & power forum. also, you may get more responses if you mention the exhaust question in the heading. there are so many "getting a tC" threads (in fact there is a stickied thread in the tC lobby) that many people don't even open them.

draxas spipe back - pair that with an intake (to start with as a first mod). Second mod is to get a stiffer rear sway bar and ingalls 4point strut bar.

after those 2 sets of paired mods you will have a base. if you have questions PM me. but thats the order i would do my first two sets of mods. Ingalls makes the best 4 point rear strut bar (2point i hear is worthless). I have the ingalls 4 point strut bar and trd sway bar (which has 2 settings depending on how stiff you want to make it).

Draxas makes the deepest rumbling exhaust out and you can get it with an spipe. The intake there is some kind of post that talks about them but any intake is pretty much going to give you 2-6hp. When things get broken down its only doing a small amount of benefit. ...but it sounds pretty nice (expecially people w/ manual trans).

But those 2 sets will increase the performance for future mods and make the car handle a lot better .... a real lot better.

Trd springs are the least drop. They are 1.3ish inch drop. The other springs are 1.6 and lower.

I dont know much about the struts but i might consider them next year. Trd makes a pair of midgrade struts and so does a company which I forget their name but the struts are in yellow. Anyway - they cost around $600ish.

headers are putting out 8hp-20hp depending on if you have an intake and exhaust and if you have a s/c. MMW says they put out over 25hp from their header but that includes an intake header and exhaust. The header alone might be putting out 15hp.

Anyway - im dont rambling. that should set you back a few days.

Yanki--are you just gonna take off the axel back section off the exhaust cuz i'd maybe be willing to buy. Do you know what youd be willing to take for it.
