handheld programmer?
 

When I had my mustang gt, I always used my programmer to change things on the car from spark advances, to tire sizes. Is there something like that for the tC? Please let me know.

i know its seems weird that toyota can reflash the ecu for the s/c but no one has come out with a tuner to do the same thing for tuning,sct,diablo,hello theres money to made here.....
