Header
so i am looking to put a header on my TC and i already have an HKS hi-power exhaust. which header will give less rasp. would the megan header or would the DC header. which one will put off less rasp
they will all be pretty much the same because they are all getting rid of your primary catalytic convertor. otherwise, they are all about the same. they are pipes without any pollution controls or sound surpression.
basically, it probably depends on how much louder your exhaust is than the stock exhaust.
if your hks exhaust is alot louder than your stock exhaust, then you will probably get quite a bit of rasp with a header. if it is just alittle louder than stock, then the rasp might not be so bad.

I promise you it would be loud as hell.
I know this sucks but the best way to kill rasp is to 1:
Get a aftermarket midpipe with a biger resonator and 2
Get a real exhaust meaning an exhaust that has a muffler the comes out to the exhause tip. For example like a Flowmaster set up or you stock exhaust.
That is all...

rasp doesn't hurt anything, it is just loud and annoying.
anyway, intake, header and exhaust only really help the top end. doesn't change that much. if you want real power, you gotta boost.
only other things are pulleys.
