Not too many choices....
Race headers: DC Sports, Weapon R, and Strup (if they still make it), and Dezod (Brand new design)
Catted header: Dezod has the only catted header
Basically depends on if you want to be street/emission legal.

Im actually getting my buddies strup header w/ heat wrap. Just wanted to see different prices/performence and other peoples experience/opinions with different headers...... in a sticky at least
That's why I said ALMOST all..... I haven't had experience with the green headers but I had dc sport with 2.5" cat back and it sounded terrible. My buddy had raceland headers with trd axleback and it also sounded terrible. Most tcs with headers and catback exhaust that I have encountered sound aweful. I just recommend not running headers due to my experience, thought I would share.
Im picking up the stup header from my buddy next weekend. The sound will come from this setup..... Fujita CAI, Strup Header (4-1), Megan Racing S pipe w/ O2 sensor, midpide w/ one foot long resinator (dont know the brand), to a Spec D 2.5 Inch Inlet N1 Style (just copied info from the net).
So I will keep you guys posted on what it will sound like. I just know I heard another tC with a header and it didn't sound real ricy but it was loud as F***!!
If it rasps at higher rpms, I can just take it to an exhaust shop and have them make me a mid pipe with a longer/another resinator.

Its all about the hushpower II for a resonator it will keep your exhaust quieter inside the car. It sounds throaty when you get on it, but nice and quite
when you are cruising on the hwy and around town.

Ok... I got my strup 4-1 header and megan racing s pipe installed last weekend. I feel a huge difference in power. My set up is Fujita CAI, Strup Header (4-1), Megan Racing S pipe, midpide (2 piece) w/ one foot long resinator (dont know the brand), to a Spec D 2.5 Inch Inlet N1 Style (just copied info from the net). It does have a rasp to it but not as bad as i thought it was going to be (a honda pulled up next to me and I thought ya.. im not that bad lol). I have another mid pipe w/ 2 resonators on it and its a single piece instead of a two piece set up, im going to install that to see if that helps the raspiness of my car.
My axle back pipe for some reason now hits my cross memeber and it annoyes the f*** out of me!! Im going to have my buddy cut the pipe and put my exhaust at a 45!!! mmmmm jdm lol
