i have noticed that giving it some gas does help with the grinding but only when its warm. Im screwed when its cold. Ultimately though im going to need a new trans because this problem will get worse right?

im not sure if itll get worst. give paul @ dezod a shout and explain to him ur issue and see if he can suggest a good trans fluid to try. imho 80-90 may be too thick. the factory fluid is 75w-90 synthetic. i know some of the guys on here have had the same issues and some have used a particular fluid and it helped alot. i had 80w-90 in my tranny before and i noticed it was a real pita to shift during the colder weather.

just put my second clutch master cylinder in tonight! it took me 2 days to do last time and 2 hours to do this time....big improvement....still a pain in the ___ though! going to give paul a call either tom or monday. Im starting to think that the oe CMC isnt strong enought for aftermarket clutch's with stiff pressure plates. Im hoping it wont go on me again but i have a feeling it will. Hopefully it will last until i have the $$ to buy an oe clutch!

so everything seemed great until this afternoon, it started getting harder to shift and was grinding a lot! finally i just couldnt even get it into gear with the car running! i would shut the car off, put it into gear and start it, to get it running. However, when i started the car, it would move like the clutch wasnt dis-engaged. I brought it home. Blead it and still nothing. I drained the fluid in the reservoir and refilled it and blead it again....still nothing! im at my whitts end and cant figure out whats wrong. Its suppose to be a brand new CMC and idk why im still having issues! I made an appt with ptuning for tuesday in case i cant figure the issue out!

I'm sorry zac your issues are not cmc related as the stock one is the one people have used for the past 6 to 7 years with no issues you either need to adjust the engagement point or something is wrong with your clutch you could verywell have a bad disc with either a spring that popped out or is on its way out I had same issues before

Yea I'm having my tc go to them sometime mid november for a new clutch and to swap the power steering pump but considering that I'm in korea for a year I might just wait on that and just save for their built shortblock I'd love that
