OK i installed a JVY header, and it ran fine, and now i just installed the downpipe today, and i noticed a funny smell, thought it could be normal, but now when my car changes gears, it just doesnt feel right ever since i installed the downpipe, and i noticed a clicking in the engine every so often, i have a Automatic by the way. anyone know what it could be?

 

If you have a funny smell, and a "clicking noise", sounds like you could very well have an exhaust leak. Check the joints in the exhaust. If that is not it, you need to look for breaks in the header welds.
