hook up a jumper box or use jumper cables from another car to your battery cables.

pulling up manually i think is almost impossible with out braking something. jumper cables to power and etc wire could do that but thing is there is no ecu in the car and it is missing fuses so this wont work. is there any way i could hook a battery straight to the motor and get it to run real quick just to roll it up.??

Take the door panel off, locate the wires to the window motor - driver side is yellow and pink coming off the harness to the door switch IIRC, cut them, use drill battery to roll window up Splice wires back together. Dont ask me how I know. lol
