Default High flow cat or Headers?Located in CA

My Catalytic went bad just recently about 105,000 miles. Was wondering if anybody running headers or high flow cat in california that passes smog without paying extra. if you know what i mean. was planning to just make CEL Anti fouler. Any suggestions really appreciated, Thanks
