Default I need opinions

So, I wanted to know a few, fairly cheap mods I can do to my tC. Right now its stock, and I just want others point of views. I want the car to be faster, but still legal, and for it to pass emissions test.

Have you browsed around to see what you like or might want to do?

Most common early things would be:
- lowering springs (looks better)
- rear sway bar (handles better)
- intake or exhaust (sounds better)

Most of those are fairly inexpensive (as in, less than a few hundred $) and easy to do yourself.

"Cheap" is a relative term. A lot of mods can be done without taking your car in to a shop as long as you have the proper tools. You can get used intakes, headers, and exhausts for relatively cheap. Lightweight pulleys aren't too pricey. Short shifters, lowering springs, shifter cage bushings, shift cable bushings, aftermarket pedals, custom shift boot . . . just a few examples of projects that are in the under $200 "cheap" range as long as you have the tools to do it yourself.
