I think you need a new MAF. Had the same problem and had a hell of a time trying to find a replacement. Ended up just going with a regular O-ring that was a bit undersized and using RTV to seal it. Not the best, but beats nothing.

interesting, the other day i went to clean my maf sensor, and im looking at it,and noticed the rubber ring was gone,im like wtf...how did that fall off,and i didnt notice it before....so i was thinking about some RTV seal..really dont wanna buy a new MAF if i dont have to......so you bought a a smaller o-ring and use some rtv sealant on it,like you said,it better then notihng right now...think thats what ill do for now...

im dealing with the same issue i found a replacement at true value by matching the old next to the replacement, but its a little big it seems like my CEL only comes on when its cold...anyway learn from my mistake, most hardware stores aren't gonna get mad if you want to take a 50 cent o ring outside and test for a good fit just fix it in the parking lot

i didnt have the old o-ring to go by,so brought my charge pipe with me,and we found the best o-ring that fitted around the maf firmly then made sure the maf fitted in the charge pipe firmly, not too loose or not to tight,,i never had a cel even with no o-ring install...i know if the o-ring is too big and doesnt firmly sit in the charge pipe, your allowing for air to get into the pipe which would then cause the cel..car runs like poop.mine ran pretty good, runs even better now lol......but yea,its better then buying a whole new maf, which i dont want too,

yeah i just bought another one last night took the maf into the store and got one that fit perfect, tried to install and it was too fat...i got fed up pretty quickly and decided drinking sounding like more fun... that would explain why my car is running like doo doo today
