Megan Midpipe and S Pipe with TRD
 

So I bought a Megan midpipe to pair with my TRD exhaust on my tC1. I also had a Megan S Pipe sitting here that a friend gave me. We installed the S Pipe and Mid Pipe yesterday and my car got extremely loud. Could this be caused by the S Pipe? I remember people saying that their cars weren't loud enough to get cop attention with the midpipe and TRD. This will DEFINITELY get a cops attention with the Mid, S pipe and TRD combo. I am just as loud as a friend that has header and an axleback. Will removing the S Pipe quiet it down a good bit?

When I did my S pipe there was no noticeable sound difference but I had a Borla exhaust. Maybe different car to car. Only way to find out is to switch it.

when you put on a aftermarket midpipe,it takes out the second cat,and increases the piping diameter size,making the car louder,the trd axle back by itself isnt loud,but pair it up with a midpipe,its loud but not too loud to it own..the s-pipe ont make the car loud,its your midpipe

my megan mid+invidia s pipe+trd axle back combo was pretty loud... a little high pitchy,poppy and raspy at higher rpm. It was cool but not for me. The s pipe makes little difference unless theres a leak somewhere.

I awaiting the arrival of a CNT mid pipe and Agency Power down pipe to go in between my TRD axel back and Weapon R header.... I'm guessing it's gonna be loud at hell! Haha. Have to wait and see. Video to come ASAP.
