Better cooling to the radiator..
Directs the airflow coming in from the Grill diretly to the radiator.

And it's Bling.. ahaha
Otherwise its useless.

Radiator is in front of the grill but there is a gap, the air is not directed to the radiator.

If the grill is in front of the radiator how can the air not be directed towards the radiator? I don't have my tc here right now, but I am sure that there is a piece of weather stripping keeping the air from going over the radiator support. The item is more bling than performance gain. I am not knocking your work, I am just saying that if you are having an overheating problem already, you may want to take it to the dealer and get some parts replaced.

dood go look at your TC..
Maybe you dont understand what this does, but the grill is about 6-8 inches from the radiator. There is a Huge gap there. The air will not be directed to the radiator.

People should think before opening their mouths.

Where the he!@ do you think the air is going to go?! If you are going down the hwy air is moving directly into the radiator. There is now way that the air is going to go straight in the grill then turn. I am not saying that your plate is a POS, I am just saying that there is now reason to buy that for cooling purposes. It is a nice peice for the show car owner.

Someone School this guy please..

The air will not all go directly to the radiator.
The hood does also have a bend in it so the air will go to the engine also.

go take a look at your car. If you even own a TC you would have figured it out when you open the hood and look at that BIG GAP. Then look at how the hood is shaped. Then IMAGINE... how the air would flow.

Is there, or is there not a peice of "V" shapped weather stripping on the hood that makes contact with the rad support? You just need to calm down, its a peice of metal. If someone buys one, good for you.
Do you have a problem with overheating in your tC? Or do you own one? There is not problem with the cooling system on the tC. I have driven mine hard for about an hour straight in 95 deg weather without a problem. I didn't even notice change in the temp ga.
Thats all I am going to say, Flame me if you want, but it will make you look bad, then no one will buy from you.

LOL you guys are hilarious. arguing with a fabricator/tuner over whether a part is functional or not. i'm sure cusco and other reputable tuners also wasted their time by making peices like this for the evo8, wrx/STi and s2000.

first off, it's obviously engine bay eye candy. great for show cars. second, as minimal as it is, the plate does serve a purpose and is functional. whether or not you think it's worth $75 is on you. make your own if you can't afford it.

on a second looook it seems like it would be a lil hard to make because i would have to make those precise bends and cuts, and after all that i would have to give that piece of aluminum i got from HOME DEPOT a mirror polish
