Default Motor Mounts and Motor Mount Inserts?

So I was looking into motor mounts, then I saw the inserts. I don't get it.
Is it the same thing? Stock pictures just looked different.

Look up Energy Suspension.

$50ish for a set of motor/tranny mounts.
But then it's $50ish for motor mount inserts...

I don't get what the different is.

The difference between the GGP and the Energy Suspensions from what I've read was that Energy Suspensions you need a press to put the metals inserts into the mounts.

GGP basically charges $80 more to do that for you.

These are mounts.

These are inserts:

The inserts are held in with pressure and those zip-tie looking things. The mounts replace the entire stock bushing and are held in with the factory engine and transmission mount bolts and need to be pressed in with a hydraulic press.
IMO I'd just used window weld to fill the stock mounts and save for the full bushing replacements further down the road. Although looking at how much is involved in getting to the rear motor mount I might be tempted just to replace it with ES parts while its out.

the inserts go over the stock rubber, the "mounts" replace the stock rubber

So if I go with the motor/tranny mounts, that's for the whole motor right? Nothing else needed?

It does the rear torque mount, the one under the battery tray (tranny mount) and the front motor mount (just behind radiator at the bottom). Very good results. Have them in my car.

go with energy suspension so much better put them in my 09 took me an hour but in all fairness i run garage so i have all the tools needed u do need to press in but its worth it the only stiffer thing you can do is solid mounts and the energy suspension you will be able to tell there in lots of vibration

motor mounts hold ur engine in place so there not much movement.

energy mounts make them stiffer during har acceleration.

need to order mine already

... you should do a little reading to see what they do.

but if you're asking, you don't need them.

Yeah I saw that on their "black friday" post I think. 40 bucks is cheap for ES motor mounts. I paid 60 I think from ES directly.

Keep your mounts stock, unless your running a lot of horsepower and tearing up the mounts. These inserts will give you more vibrations from the engine. When I put mine on I quickly took them out
