Motorworks/Weapon-R SRI w/ Cold Air Box and Ram air kit...
After some searching around, i couldn't find much solid information on these products.

Anyone have this installed? more specifically, the COLD AIR BOX and/or RAM AIR KIT (i understand motorworks to be the same as the weapon-r)
Trying to figure out if:
1) the cold air box actually helps and how it affects the sound
2)if the ram air kit helps
(actual numbers would be awesome, since of course in theory it should perform better)
Seems that it kinda has a K&N Typhoon intake thing going on there.
Anyway, any input would be appreciated. Thanks

I know first hand that Weapon R filters are pretty crappy foam ones, so I'd upgrade it if you get the kit. The cold air box and pretty much every other metal piece they produce is nicely welded and pretty nice eye candy for when you open the hood, but not worth $105 IMO. Keep in mind that the price of the intake kit itself is separate from the air box, so it'll easily end up being north of $300 for both, and for less than that I'd go Injen cold air for about $250 brand new.
it goes directly over your short ram intake to keep it cool from not heating up the filter too much but i'd just go for the cold air intake instead of buying 2 things to try to make it a cold air intake when it still isn't. it's not like that power will even give you gains so to me it's more of a show product.
Here is our picture of the air box with intake.

Also here is a comment on our foam filter.
Our filter foam element is very thick and is not letting dirt in. Foam elements are great at flowing high CFM numbers, while filtering just as good as OEM filters.
You do know that the Baja desert racers use foam elements on their motors when they race in the desert. Here is a few pictures of one Baja racer using a foam filter. Now would they be using it in the desert if it wasn't a good filter element.
