Default Nitrous car specific kits

Im in the process of looking for a nitrous system for my TC. I have not found any TC specific kits and have not found much on universal kits that been installed on TCs. Any info about kits and first hand experience with nitrous on TCs would be great.

you should check out this guys ebay auction.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NY-TR...5207QQtcZphoto

When I was looking into getting a nitrous kit for my car I was going to get the Ny-trex kit. It seems like one of the best kits out there right now. The seller is very nice and if you call him he will give you an awesome deal. He has been in the nitrous selling business for awhile and said he dropped his other nitrous kit products for this one. Even got to see this kit installed in a tC at the track a month ago and it looked great and performed even better.

That's a pretty good deal with the purge valve included.. I've just never heard of that type of kit.

Yah they're fairly new but i did a lot of research on them. The ny-trex company is based out of sanford, FL and I spoke with them on the phone as well.

And like I said that guy will go down even more on the price he has listed. I was going to get the kit, bottle heater, and bottle opener for less than $900.

Nate2085 on here has this kit on his tC, so you might PM him and he can tell you how hard or easy it was to install it.

I've got a complete NX Wet single fogger kit, WITH the Gen X2 upgrade kit AND the "fly by wire" TPS switch. purge, bottle heater, gauge, everything!

What, if any extras were needed for the install? And if you don't mind telling me how much was everything?

As far as I know, besides different types of activation switches in case you don't like the ones nx supplies, or maybe some extra wire in case you have switches hidden everywhere, I don't htink you need anything else for the NX install.

well, a bottle fill.

maybe some that have installed various kits can answer.

The place I am having install it just wants to know if there any needed extra pieces so they can install everything quickly and not run into the problem of waiting for parts.
I was also wondering if you had a 50 shot or more?

I'm still kinda lost here, but for my kit, it comes with 35,50, and 75 shot jets, but I believe you can get up to 150.

are you wanting to buy my setup?

Just thought i'd chime in here on this thread.

The Ny-Trex Triple Threat kit that Shawn (SuperFa) and I put on my car included everything. All the way down to the electrical components, wires..you name it, it was there...even the drill tap for the fuel rail is included.

The only thing you'll need is basic tools...screw driver, some wrenches, etc. If you're going to a good work shop then that's nothing to worry about.

Shawn and I put this kit on in about 8 hours (because it was our first time...gotta figure things out.) so if you have any questions, feel free to PM me or respond here and i'll be glad to assist you in what ever you need.

Good luck

edit: just thought i'd post up a pic of the Triple Threat.

Not only does the Ny-Trex kit look nice, but it works very well...the owner of Ny-Trex and I got together and made these kits we sell specific for the tC and xB with every imaginable part needed so you wont be running to the speed shop every 10 minutes to buy parts as you would with most other kits.

The Triple Threat is the top of the line kit with extras such as gauge, fuel pressure relief, purge valve, billet triple valve block, plug and play wire harness for quick install and uninstall(very important), included drill bit and tap for the fuel supply, everything...truely an impressive kit.

It's a very simple and elegant design...with most kits to run optimally you need a bunch of other stuff to make it work (Nates car needs a window switch), but with the Fuel pressure switch this is a perfectly safe kit to use with the Toyota fuel system and tuning. Redline the car and the cpu cuts fuel...the switch cuts nitrous all in a matter of a fraction of a second.

The solenoids are the finest quality with an advanced plunger design to reduce fouling and come with a lifetime replacement warranty from Ny-Trex with no hassles...it's the right kit to buy. Customer support is great, to. Ken is always available to answer questions.

There's a link above with an ebay power seller...I'm sure he'll get you a great product in a timely manner. If you like to support the Scion community check out my site for the only Ny-Trex kit engineered for your tC. It'll ship usually the same day and will be backed up by great customer support. If you're local we'll even go out racing with you. We do it regularly with our customers.
