Well guys, got my new motor in my car this weekend...runs awesome..only one thing though...my dad accidentally THREW AWAY MY S PIP (I love my dad). lol.

Here is my question. Is it ok to run it without the S pipe? I ask because the secondary o2 sensor will be reading nothing...I know the CEL will come on, but will it hurt the car?

It isn't loud at all it has stock headers on it. I just wondering if I can drive it till my new s pipe comes in.

Paul if your reading this please ship my Megan S pipe fast. haha

 

Lol... But your gonna be dumping the exhuast right under the cab, so the fumes are gonna be real high... Can you do it, sure... Recommended, I'd say no...

Drive your car only if you have to and unplug your secondary O2 sensor so it isnt dangling in the wind

 

You will have no back pressure....

 

how is it not loud? when i was installing my new header i wanted to see how loud it was when it was just the stock header on . it was extreamly loud.

 

Um why would your dad throw away your s-pipe??
