The down pipe/S-Pipe may give you a little... emphasis on little... more WHP. as it's a really restrictive piece of stock equipment. It runs from your header assembly to the cat and it's bent like an s... the A/M versions are better bent and advertise more flow... so, you may get a small advantage as a result.

They are all going to offer the same gains which are pretty minimal...If you arent running a header or some kind of exhaust upgrade than I dont feel its worth it. Its is a suporting mod that will allow the other mods that do make more power a little more efficient...like switching from conventional motor oil to full synthetic.

Trung, MMW dynoed the axle back with their header and got 4HP from our axle back. We found out that the MMW header/intake/ and the PM axle back made a total of 25HP to the wheels!! The axle back alone on a stock tC gets 1-2HP and with the header and intake added you get 4HP.

The tip on Tim's axle back ,in the original post, is a 4inch Diameter tip and so is the original double wall tip that we use on the PM axle back. If you want an oval tip for your tC PM axle back, I can arrange that for you. :D

The website says the systems are only for an xB. Would these work on an xA? How much are these mufflers after the special?

I would of like to hear the sound outside the car where its not so insulated from interior. It did sound good from what I heard.

TRD exhaust with intake and header OUTside of car WOT sound clip....click below for video.

that clip is misleading, If you stand behind the car it would sound much different.

Which clip is misleading? Sounds Very similiar outside the car as well.... just miserable weather for me to make a recording from outside....

My recording was done in the trunk, right next to the muffler...

My attention was for Rasp, not tone..... so I can absolutely say there is no rasp with my setup.

I might have to offer the axle backs with oval tips.
