P0420, installed ebay headers, power loss?

So i recently purchased a catless “Ebay” header for my car. I performed the install correctly, and my car has lost all top end power. When i had the stock catted header, it would easily rev up to redline, but now my car has trouble revving past 5200 rpm. It just dies out. I dont know what the issue could be. Please help.

Engine setup

Ebay header
denso COP’s
denso iridium long life plugs
stock from s-pipe back
stock intake

P0420 Code is for the rear O2 sensor. Your need a O2 bypass on the Rear Sensor.
As for the power falling off. It should of move it from low end to mid/high end with the header.
But also possible the code is causing a problem and the ECU is adjusting around it.

So fix the code first and see how it acts.
