i have 3 years and about 50,000 miles on the NST underdrive, alternator and water pump set up. i have had no issues whatsoever that is cause by them. NST is awesome and not just that but the car is a pretty sound vehicle. in almost 4 years the only issue i have had is that my alternator whines a little when sound system is on. havent gotten around to buying a high out put alternator yet but it still plays strong and you can barely notice the whining sound. awesome job NST and toyota for such a reliable product and vehicle!!

108k on my xb2, with an underdrive pulley. No problems, other than a squeaky belt

The CR-Lite pulley (Light weight crank pulley) is the same size as the stock OEM pulley.
