Replaced Clutch, now won't go in gear..
OK, long story short. We replaced the clutch after the throw out bearing went on the 2007 Scion tC now it will shift when the car is jacked up and running.
And it will shift when the car in on all four wheels not running, but wont shift out of neutral when running.
Any ideas?

Did you use an alignment tool to install the clutch componets? Did you bleed the clutch slave to make sure there's no air in the line?
EDIT: Excessive slack in your mechanical clutch pedal may need adjustment.
