Is their a certain cold air intake that i have to get since i have to TRD supercharger?

i dont think so, I used K&N when I had mine s/c..

The weapon r intake is not cold air, I used to have it and I ran consistently 10 degrees hotter than the box that came with my kit. I no longer have it because of this and the MAF sensor throat is smaller than the stock box at for 07 it was.
