smog legal intakes

i was wondering are there any intakes that are 50 state or cal state smog legal?

There are no smog legal intakes for the tC yet, but when I bought my Kand N intake; it wasn't legal either until after about a year. Now it is legal, I have the K and N intakes for the tC in stock at www.PrecisionMuffler.com and I know that Kand N is very well known for gettin their stuff smog legal. :D
