"catalytic converter"

quite a few of the exhausts out there get rid of the cat.

Bullsht I have the SRS exhaust full cat back, it fit perfect...actually fits better than the Studo N1 and actually if anything the pipes are a bit short, so the canaster (muffler) fits kinda under the bumper (dont stick out much)...butsides that its perfect...

also these dont come with cats , the mid pipe just has resonator which is kinda crapy so its still loud...

by law auto shops can't install an exhaust system that removes a stock cat unless the new exhaust has a cat on it...of course most shops will over look this and do it anyway...but not all of them.

You can't really install the exhaust on this car backwards. It's likely that CAR-X is full of idiots and have no idea what they are doing. I suggest if you don't want to tackle it yourself, take it to an exhaust shop.

Edit: This is a "catback" exhaust. No legal issues.

they call its a s-pipe exhaust...cause our cars dont have true catbacks,it goes from the downpipe and out the rear of the car, elminating the cat on the midpipe, you can modify it and use it as a catback...but most exhaust goes from the downpipe and out..

take it to any ghetto muffler place and im sure they will slap it on in no time for cheap. "performance" shops just charge you way too much and dont even do it right.

if not you should be able to do it yourself in like 30 minutes
