Default tC Catalytic Converter problem?

My warranty was voided because my dealer linked it to my Intake, (supposedly). I was waiting to get it fixed, but today my car stalled out and now it runs like absolute garbage. It knocks at low rpm, it feels like the timing is out of whack, at higher rpms the car revs out but doesn't move 60-70 mph takes
like 15 seconds. the Code the Check Engine Light came on was P0420. I reset the ECU and still it runs like crap. My intake sounds at low rpms like it bogging down from to much fuel and up high it feels like the motor is starving for fuel. From 4,000 rpm to 5,000 it stutters the car rocks forward and back.

Can this all be from a burnt out Cat???

Install your stock air box and take it to another Dealer.

Did you damage your MAF when you installed the intake?

If you installed the CAI and your car ran fine.....the CAI had nothing to do with it failing. It's just a tube for air to flow thru with a filter on one end and a spot for the MAF to mount. The damage would have occured when you installed the CAI and it would have never worked to begin with. So, IMO, put your stock box back on and go to another dealer so they won't play the blame game.
