Transmission fluid change/add question??

I've been looking at posts that talk about doing transmission flushes. But isn't that for automatic transmissions only. At 60 k I went to the dealer and was told with manual transmission they just drain it and add fluid; with automatics they flush ... Anyway. I'm at 112k and want to change the fluid just need some recommendations on what/how to do it.

Cheers :)

I'm gonna use the 75w - 90 royal purple. My shifts are kinda rough. I'm hoping this will fix it

use WS fluid, using different fluids can mess things up more than you think. ive seen it happen way to many times. just trying to help.

Royal Purple is good. I just changed my tranny fluid with it and it's fine. Kind of pricey but fine. I followed the DIY and it worked like a charm....just needed to buy the big ol' socket for sensor on top of tranny
