Default TRD filters

So I did what EXACTLY what your not supposed to do when u first get ur cold air intake, and that was go through water. What did I care, I had the TRD with the bipassvalve and what not. Perhaps Im wrong now that i see my engine light is on...However, I was wondering if anyone knew or could find out dimentions for the filter on the trd CAI. The diameter of the hole the tube goes into, the length of the filter itself and any other important measurments needed to replace the filter. K&N might be able to custom make filters for TRD intakes I hear...I wanna see. THANK YOU!

Moved to the appropriate section.

You can also try cleaning the filter - get a K&N Filter recharge kit.

The TRD filter has a 2 1/2 inch opening. Here's a link to the thread. Alot of ppl for together and put this together.

Just for the record bypass valve doen't mean hit every puddle you still should try to avoid them. The Bypass valve will prevent hydrolocking but there is a limit.
