Default Turbo or TRD supercharger....which one

I'm looking to get either or for my Tc. I'm leaning towards the supercharger because seems more suitable for my car cause its an automatic. Unless someone knows of a "warranty" legal turbo kit.....

If it's warantee you want, stay away from the turbo. The TRD supercharger isn't out yet but it will be the only method of F/I available that retains your factory warantee. With that being said, you can go turbo if you want, just keep the psi within moderation and the tranny should handle it just fine. The same principle applies for the TRD supercharger, I'm 100% sure they will void your warantee as soon as you turn up the boost.

you don't know how to use the search button... that's quite obvious

i'll just put it this way, this is not anywhere near the first thread that has asked the same question you just have.

i got an auto too and sorta in the same situation as u. the turbo kit im lookin into is zpi stage 0, they said its safe for the auto. trd supercharger (if it ever comes out) probably wont put out as much as the stage 0 but i guess i can give up some of that power for the factory warranty. sucky part is that the s/c will prolly cost more then the turbo =(

its not about being geeky or not. the point is, if you did a search (which takes all but a click of the search button, and typing in anything relevant to S/C or supercharger), you'd see theres at least a 100 threads with the same exact question. heads arent flaming you because of your lack of engine knowledge, but because you fail to take the consideration of starting a redundant thread. and since you know so much about engines, your question was answered the second you reiterated about superchargers and warranty. it seems that people who post up the same ol' BS are just looking for affirmation on the topic, when all you had to do was use the search button to fulfill this notion...hence, what matty-tc and the others are flaming you about. its a vicious cyle, i know...

well here are the cliff notes from a nerd to you're highness:

supercharger = expensive and not as much power but you keep the warranty
turbo kit = expensive, lots of power, and you void your drivetrain warranty
