I highly suggest getting the aem sensor thats made for that gauge...you can order just that sensor as well as the harness at any aem dealer (p-tuning, dezod, ect).

now there are two ways you can mount the sensor.
1. buy a sandwich adapter (see link below)
2. you can tee off the head (see link below)

if you go the sandwich adapter you will not need another fitting for the sensor, ports are 1/8th npt threads and the sensor is 1/8th npt threads. its a perfect fit.
http://prosportgauges.com/oil-filter-adaptor-plate.aspx

if you tee off the head your gonna need a "T" obviously. what your gonna need is first a 1/8th BSP to 1/8th npt adapter (what alot of us did a while back was just tap the head with a 1/8th npt tap).
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ATM-2269/

this will allow you to change over to a more common fitting. after that all the rest of the fittings you need are at your local auto parts store..even home depot.

this is the best pic of the fittings i have

ive been playing nice lately, no1 left to bash on.

I would make one of these Starting a turbo threads, but i just saw bad luck with them lol

hahahaha

okay ontopic

for the sandwich adapter what size does one buy?
3/4 UNF-16 - Fits some Nissans, VW, Ford, BMW, Scion, SRT-4, SR20, Porsche, Toyota & Jeep

or

3/4 UNF-16-Long Shaft- Fits Toyota Celica, Scion Tc, & MR2

Both have scion, but im guessing the long shaft one?

got any examples? links? iv had a sandwich adapter (dont even know the brand) that required a larger than stock oil filter (diameter wise), so be careful.

3/4 UNF-16-Long Shaft...its ment for the tc...the other may be used for the 1stgen xb,xa,xd.

I have a friend thats using a sandwich adapter he got from prosport on his tc...it works great.
