Hmm with that turbo you should have plenty of low end... I still have a decent low end with a 6262 - and my motor setup is damn near identical.

Hence the reason why i dont like descendant, their bov and their stock air box.

Im working on removing the stock air box.....but i wonder if its a tuning issue with the boost coming in at high rpm...

my advice is go buy a 2.5 inch straight piece of aluminum about 4 or 5 inches long and buy a filter with 2.5 inch outlet and slap that on there then retune.

Using the stock air box will not allow you to be a "big dog" as you desire.

Well i need to be able to mount my MAF. Also when my engine was stock and i added the kit and drove it on the base tune they sent me i had no issues also having the stock air box

This is a thought, however I had a stock air box before my build with a bigger turbo than you have now. I had crazy low end.

Those injectors a little small for the build you dont think? Not sayin thats what is causing your problem; however for a built motor you can make big power. Those injectors will get maxed out fast.

One other thing, this is nice build but man you gotta have cams. This make a big differnce especially with a good size turbo. More power band RPMS to work with. Bigger Turbos are going want to get crazy at high RPMS.

The biggest power makers on these motors are:
1. Removing the Balance shafts
2. Headwork and Cams
3. Turbo (Bread and Butter) this is where most of your money should be spent. Never hold back on this one. Cut coners somewhere else. Like Valves.

looks like we found the phantom boost leak. switch it around and get retuned. it should be positioned with the unit running vertically, with the vacuum line running to the top, like this....
